How Prediksyon works
Version placeholder-2026-09-draft · last updated 9/18/2026 · not yet reviewed
Prediksyon is a free-to-play forecasting game for the Philippines.
You get 1,000 virtual points when you join a season. You spend points to take a YES or NO position on a real-world question — a PBA series, a UAAP bracket, an inflation print, a typhoon signal over Metro Manila. Prices move as people trade, using a logarithmic market scoring rule, so a question nobody believes gets cheap and a question everybody believes gets expensive. When a market is resolved, every winning share pays one point.
Points are a score. They have no monetary value, they cannot be bought, they cannot be cashed out in any form, and they cannot be sent to another user. The only ways to get points are to join, to claim once a day, to take a rebuild grant when you have run low, and to be right.
Every market names the source that will settle it and the criteria that decide it. A resolution needs two different moderators to agree, and there is a dispute window before it is final.
