What is already true today, and is enforced by the product rather than promised by this document:

* Prediksyon is free to play. There is no way to buy points, and no way to pay money for anything that changes your balance. * Points have no monetary value. They are a virtual scoring unit only. * Points cannot be exchanged for cash, e-wallet credit, gift cards, cryptocurrency or any kind of token. * Points cannot be transferred to another user. * Prediksyon is for people aged 18 and over.

What is still missing, and will be written by Philippine counsel before this document is presented as terms of use: the sales-promotion terms and the associated DTI permit references, the consumer-protection disclosures required by the Consumer Act (RA 7394), the complaints and dispute process, the limitation of liability, and the governing law and venue.
