What the product actually does today:

* We hold your email address, the handle you choose, your date of birth (used only to confirm you are 18 or over), and your activity on the service — trades, positions, ledger entries, comments and daily claims. * Your date of birth is not shown to anyone. Other users see your handle, your points, your rating and your badges. * We do not record who viewed a sponsored market. Sponsors receive a count of views and of trades, never a list of people. * We do not sell personal data, and there is no advertising profile of you. * Deleting your account de-identifies your profile, revokes your consents and blocks the account from signing in again. Ledger entries and trades are retained because the ledger is append-only; they hold a user id, a market id and an amount, and no personal data.

What is still missing, and will be written by Philippine counsel: the lawful basis for each processing activity, the retention schedule, the data subject rights procedure under the Data Privacy Act, the contact details of the Data Protection Officer, and the breach notification process.
